At Stitches & Shenanigans, every item is made to order. That means your shirt doesn’t exist until you fall in love with it — then we spring into action.

🧵 Production time

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to print. We work with professional print partners to ensure top quality (because you deserve a shirt that looks as good as the joke).

🚚 Shipping times

Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier, but once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info via email.

Typical delivery times:

• U.S. Orders: 2–7 business days after production
• International Orders: 7–21 business days, depending on country

Note: These are estimates. Shipping carriers can be... unpredictable. We don’t control them, but we will help if something goes off the rails.

📦 Where we ship

We currently ship to most countries. If you’re able to check out, we’re able to get it to you. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes their country might impose.

✉️ Missing or delayed orders

If it’s been more than 7 days after your estimated delivery date, please reach out to Customer Support and we’ll look into it. We’re not the post office, but we are good at nudging people until they find your stuff.

🧯 Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, we’re no longer responsible for it. If your mailbox is a known danger zone, please consider shipping to a safe address (like to your workplace or to an unsuspecting friend).
