Welcome to Stitches & Shenanigans! We promise to keep this short, readable, and as painless as possible. By browsing, shopping, or just admiring the goods, you agree to the following terms:

🛒 Ordering stuff

When you place an order, you’re confirming:

• You’re providing accurate info (shipping address, size, etc.)
• You understand all items are made to order and final sale unless damaged or misprinted
• You’ve read the product descriptions, sizing guides, and snarky disclaimers

Once an order goes into production, it can’t be canceled or changed. We’re not being mean, this is just how print-on-demand works.

💳 Payments

We accept all major forms of payment. Shopify handles your transactions securely, and we never see your credit card info. If there’s an issue processing your payment, your order won’t go through, and you won’t be charged.

🚚 Shipping

We print each item on demand, which means production takes a few business days before shipping. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the move.

🔁 Returns and refunds

We only accept returns for damaged or defective items. We cannot offer exchanges for sizing or buyer’s remorse. For the full breakdown, visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

🚫 Don’t be weird

You agree not to:

• Use our site for anything illegal, harmful, or spammy
• Try to hack, scrape, or exploit our website
• Pretend to be someone else while shopping (unless it’s for a great prank)

Basically: shop like a human with decent manners.
